Your team
Payrails is a highly dynamic workplace, and our Sales Team is in charge of engaging with Enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation ultimately. Our mission is to:

  • Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clients
  • Drive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutions
  • Ensure that we are always relevant to merchants and they find our interactions very valuable
Our Team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of very ambitious and knowledgeable payment professionals, as well as the freedom to make your own impact. You, as our Enterprise Sales Executive, will be driving growth by expanding our customer base.
How you will make an impact
  • Lead operations and sales strategy aligned with the company objectives across the UK region
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of senior sales executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Manage regional budgets and forecast sales projections
What we are looking for
  • You bring 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5-6 years in leadership roles, involving team and/or regional management
  • You are required to have solid knowledge and understanding of the payment ecosystem
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams
  • You have strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities and optimise sales strategies
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • You can work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • You have a passion for customer success and a deep understanding of how to build long-term client relationships
  • You are comfortable with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
