We are looking for this role to start on 29th June 2026. Full‑time | 36.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:15am–5:30pm.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Reception / Facilities Administrator to be the welcoming face of our business and a key support to our Facilities team. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage our front desk, support office operations and help ensure our workplace runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Duties
  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen and redirect incoming calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Book taxis, couriers and meetings
  • Maintain reception security processes
  • Keep reception areas tidy and presentable
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Facilities Administration
    • Support daily office and facilities operations
    • Order and maintain office, printed stationery and kitchen supplies
    • Ensure printer and print areas are tidy
    • Manage first aid supplies and replenish kits
    • Deliver post or parcels with special instructions
    • Support ad‑hoc tasks for the Facilities Manager
    Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience in a receptionist or front‑office role
    • Previous facilities or office administration experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities
    • Professional, proactive and customer‑focused
