As a Parcels Compliance Advisor, you will be at the heart of our retailer engagement activity. This is a predominantly outbound calling role, where you will be regularly speaking with retailers to support them, strengthen compliance and ensure they understand key parcel processes. It is a fast-paced position with high levels of call activity, so you will need to be comfortable working under pressure while staying positive, professional and focused. Main Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Compliance Support
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to existing and prospective retailers to help reduce non-compliance.
- Support internal and external colleagues by handling outbound calls and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Provide clear, structured training to retailers to help them better understand terminal processes and remain compliant.
- Customer & Retailer Care
- Resolve queries, issues and complaints within agreed SLAs, escalating when needed.
- Manage queries related to site ownership changes, installs, decommissions and suspensions.
- Assist newly established or test clients with any questions or guidance they require.
- Deliver training to new starters and existing colleagues as needed.
- Relationship Building
- Represent PayPoint positively at all times by offering excellent customer and retailer care.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with retailers across the network.
- Maintain a professional and approachable attitude throughout every interaction.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Prioritise your workload effectively to meet daily targets and performance objectives.
- Support other Retail Operations teams with outbound/inbound calling projects and administrative tasks when required.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while also managing your own work confidently.

- Previous telephony experience, ideally with high call volumes.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft systems (especially Excel) and planning tools.
- Experience supporting internal and external customers with a focus on satisfaction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment.
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis (1 in 3 Saturdays replaced with a day in the week).
