The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

This field sales role covers North Wales (The Wirral & Birkenhead) Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm £29,750 base plus £4,000 car allowance and commission OTE £40k.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing installation, training and excellent early life support to all new retailers.
  • Correctly and proactively selling PayPoint products into existing businesses within defined territory.
  • Journey planning effectively using CRM, prioritising calls by “opportunity” and/or as directed by your line manager.
  • Comprehensively planning and preparing for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet during each visit with a view of continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
  • Visiting all leads and opportunities within agreed lead generation SLAs.
  • Attending, participating in and presenting at team/accompaniment days.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS.
  • Ensuring standard of work, completion of PayPoint contracts and capturing of ID is of the highest standard and in line with PayPoint policies and procedures.
  • Exhibiting high personal conduct, appearance and role modelling values to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
  • Obtaining Trust Pilot reviews from retailers when exceeding retailer expectations.
