We are seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Project Support Coordinator to join our Project Management team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally curious, proficient on Planisware and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers across a portfolio of key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across multiple projects
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentation decks and project update packs for internal stakeholders
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and potential delays
- Support the PMs in maintaining project documentation, logs, and status reports
- Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously improve
- Previous experience in a PMO or project support role is desirable
- Experience with Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools is highly beneficial
