To deliver agreed sales volumes and revenue growth across the range of PayPoint products within the Colchester, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Norfolk area.
Key Responsibilities
- Correctly and proactively sell PayPoint products into suitable new businesses within the defined territory.
- Provide consistently excellent early life support to the retailer from the initial sales call to fulfilment of products.
- Journey plan effectively using CRM, prioritising calls by opportunity and/or as directed by your line manager.
- Comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet during each visit with a view to continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS.
- Ensure the standard of work, completion of PayPoint contracts, and capturing of ID is of the highest standard and in line with PayPoint policies and procedures.
- Exhibit high personal conduct, appearance, and role modelling values to reflect the professionalism of the PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
- Obtain Trust Pilot reviews from retailers when you have exceeded retailer expectations.
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel/cover where directed at short notice.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills.

- Must hold a full valid driving licence – we offer a company car or car allowance of £4,000.
