Part time Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm (a minimum of 3 days in the office). We’re looking for a Finance Operations Administrator to join our Settlement Team, supporting the accurate reconciliation of ATM settlements and billing activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, organised and confident working with financial data. In this role, you’ll help ensure transaction and settlement data is accurate, payments are processed correctly, and any discrepancies or chargeback queries are resolved quickly and effectively. You’ll work closely with the ATM Helpdesk and colleagues across Finance to support accurate reporting and a smooth settlement process.
What you will be doing:
- Reconciling ATM money transfers from Link and Notemachine, including payments to retailers
- Working with the ATM Helpdesk to investigate and resolve Link dispute UI chargebacks
- Updating chargeback dispute cases on Vocalink accurately and promptly
- Uploading payments into the banking system and ensuring they are approved
- Generating monthly fee and charge invoices, collating authorisations and sending BACS files
- Working with Finance Control and Corporate Finance to support accurate revenue reporting
- Providing cover for other roles within the Operational Finance team when needed
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A financial background or experience working with financial information
- Experience using Windows in an office environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot unusual trends or discrepancies
- The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and stay organised
- An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- A team-focused attitude and confidence escalating issues when needed
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Banking or BACS experience
