The predicted salary is between 30657 - 45000 £ per year.
This role is to cover the Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and surrounding areas. Base salary is £30,657 / company car or car allowance of £4,000 plus commission bringing the OTE up to around £45k.
What will I be doing day to day:
- Installing PayPoint products, training and excellent early life support to all new retailers.
- Correctly and proactively sell PayPoint products into existing businesses within defined territory.
- Journey plan effectively using CRM, prioritising calls by “opportunity” and / or as directed by your line manager.
- Comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet each visit with a view of continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
- Visit all leads and opportunities within agreed lead generation SLAs.
- Attending, participating in and presenting at team / accompaniment days.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS.
- Ensuring standard of work, completion of PayPoint contracts and capturing of ID is of the highest standard and in line with PayPoint policies and procedures.
- High personal conduct, appearance & role modelling values to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
- Obtaining Trust Pilot reviews from retailers when you have exceeded retailer expectations.
