What will you be doing?
Working within our CRM Services team (Salesforce), you will lead two cross-functional engineering teams to deliver and support our CRM platforms using DevOps principles. You will be adept at delivering complex IT change and removing barriers to delivery, creating an environment for success. You will coach team members, facilitate continuous improvement, and apply appropriate agile and DevOps techniques to maintain focus on delivering value against the product or transformation vision.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for all line management aspects of the team, experienced in leading and creating high-performance, motivated teams where members are engaged and excited about their outcomes. You will work closely with Product Ownership teams and relevant stakeholders to build and communicate roadmaps and shared visions.
Key responsibilities include:
- DevOps Delivery: Accountable for delivering change and products using agile and DevOps principles through cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and accurate forecasting.
- Line Management: Managing all team members, including contractors, with clear role profiles, objectives, and regular reviews.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensuring teams engage in ongoing learning, feedback, and sharing best practices within the community.
- Tools and Environment: Identifying and providing necessary tools and environments for high performance.
- Management Information: Providing regular performance reports against targets and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships across the organization, especially with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
