Operational Accountabilities
- Work on a rota basis, acting as a subject matter expert and responding flexibly to customer queries via voice, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Be an expert on all physical and digital products sold through all channels, including 3rd party products, Love2shop egift cards, contactless cards, reward codes, and exchange websites.
- Use a 3rd party portal to perform KYC searches and follow up on referrals.
- Process PEP and sanction reports in accordance with AML regulations.
- Handle customer refunds and replacements.
- Provide customers with transactional data to assist with balance inquiries.
- Maintain customer contact information in compliance with GDPR.
- Process account closures and refunds for deceased customers.
- Support customers with delivery tracking of physical orders.
- Guide customers on managing accounts via self-serve channels (Web and App).
- Support marketing growth or retention by making outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to missing orders or products.
