MBL is looking for an Operations Administrator to join a small, fast-paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report to the Operations Manager, who will provide full training. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role would be advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:- Process new orders
- Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
- Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
- Monitor digital order failures and respond appropriately
- Proactively resolve customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution
- Identify and raise areas of concern with your line manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
