Role Overview
You will be listening, empathising, and finding solutions to the problems and challenges faced by our customers daily. You will manage queries via email, calls, and audio messages.

Additional Details
This role is based in our Welwyn Garden City office (AL7 1EL), with some home working after the initial 3 months.
