Here at PayPlan, we are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to join our team on a 9 month FTC. We are going through a really exciting time, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established team and make a real difference to the business.
What would you be doing as a Software Project Manager here at PayPlan?
- Deliver on projects, ensuring the project meets its objectives, scope, time and budget constraints.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to ensure efficient execution.
- Guide and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
- Be a keen problem solver, addressing issues that arise and find solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, reporting on progress and ensuring regular communication.
- Champion continuous improvement and new ways of working at every opportunity.
About You:
- You will have at least 5 years experience in a Project Management role, managing multiple projects of varying complexities across technical functions.
- Experience of executing technology projects as the lead Project Manager.
- PRINCE2 Qualified or equivalent, with a familiarity of different Project management software, tools and multiple methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Confidence to question and challenge other thoughts and ideas.
- A great team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work.
- Ability to use own initiative and multitask.
- May be required to travel to our other offices.
