IVA Services Team Manager
Location: Grantham (Onsite)
Shift Pattern: Differing shifts between 8-4 and 12-8 Monday to Friday (plus 1 in 4 Saturdays) on a Rota Basis
Salary: Up to £33,000

What would you be doing as an IVA Services Team Manager here at Payplan?
Were looking for a dynamic and empathetic Team Manager to lead and inspire our team of IVA Services Case Officers . An IVA Services Case Officer supports clients who have been referred by our assessment team, confirming that an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) is the most suitable solution for their needs. Once agreed, the Case Officer works closely with both the client and their creditors to set up the IVA, helping the client take those important first steps toward becoming debt-free.
As an IVA Services Team Manager at PayPlan you will:
- Lead a team of IVA Services Case Officers, inspiring and developing team members to achieve individual and team results.
- Manage performance, setting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring.
- Create a positive and supportive team culture, empowering individuals to succeed.
- Act as a key contact and liaison point for partners and suppliers
- Implement and embed change management initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for positive change.
- Uphold Consumer Duty principles in daily operations.
- Champion continuous improvement and new ways of working at every opportunity
About You:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A good understanding of debt solutions and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Confident in handling challenging conversations around performance.
