As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a strategic, influential, and highly capable Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and Executive Committee (ExCo) to drive impactful decision-making and business performance.
As Chief of Staff, you will operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insight, ensuring operational alignment, and leading key initiatives that shape the future of the organisation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide strategic leverage to the CEO by leading confidential and business-critical initiatives.
- Shape policy opinions and draft documentation to influence external stakeholders.
- Act as a senior point of reference for performance queries.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Establish high standards of performance.
Decision-Making, Governance & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on regulatory and financial developments.
