Here at PayPlan, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month FTC.

What would you be doing as a Technical Project Manager here at PayPlan?

Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring complex initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and with clear, measurable value. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technology transformation initiatives across the organisation, operating within agile, multi-functional squads. You will be accountable for driving outcomes at pace, maintaining quality, and ensuring robust governance and stakeholder alignment throughout.

As a Project Manager at PayPlan you will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple complex technology projects/programmes, driving predictable delivery across squads, managing scope, dependencies, and risk.
  • Operate within and optimise agile delivery frameworks coordinating across multi-functional squads.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across technology, business, and operations providing clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, and decisions required.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across workstreams managing interdependencies across projects, platforms, and teams.
  • Guide and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Be a keen problem solver, addressing issues that arise and find solutions to ensure projects stay on track.

Minimum of 5 years experience delivering multiple concurrent technology projects in complex environments.

Demonstrated success working within Agile/product-led delivery models.

Excellent stakeholder management up to senior leadership level.

Strong governance, planning, and delivery assurance capability.

Proactively challenges risks and drives resolution.
