About the Role
As a DAS Case Officer, you will manage a portfolio of clients within Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS) and Protected Trust Deeds, guiding them through their financial recovery journey.
As a DAS Case officer at Payplan you will be:
- Supporting client retention and client outcomes.
- Managing and maintaining a caseload in line with SLAs.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Conducting regular financial reviews.
- Building strong relationships with clients and creditors.
- Identifying and responding to vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
