Executive Assistant at PayPlan

Location: Grantham (Onsite 4 days a week, 1 day working from home once proven competency)

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

Join PayPlan at a pivotal moment in our journey. We are undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and growth, and we are looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to join our C‑Suite support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our senior leadership and enhancing the exceptional support already in place.

This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the C‑Suite. This role is ideal for someone with experience in providing executive level support, and has excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills. The successful candidate will assist with diary and inbox management for C‑Suite members, provide administration support for the EA to the CEO and manage a diverse range of tasks including taking meeting minutes.

As an EA you will be at the heart of supporting our executive operations

  • Assisting with organising and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Providing diary and inbox management and support to the C‑Suite, along with additional administrative tasks
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Assisting with data collection, simple analysis, and preparing presentations
  • Providing support for executive visitors to ensure that their experience on site is seamless

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting at C‑Suite or director level; however experience in an administrative or support role (e.g., office assistant, PA, or similar) will also be considered
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative team approach
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Full UK Driving licence
