What would you be doing as a Digital and Telemarketing Campaign Manager here at PayPlan?
We are looking for a Digital and Telemarketing Campaign Manager who thrives on strategy and planning; our clients are the heart of everything we do and we want to make sure we optimise every opportunity to support them. We are looking for someone with contact centre experience who can use data to drive decisions and develop strong campaigns.
As a Digital and Telemarketing Campaign Manager at PayPlan you will:
- Develop and implement digital and telemarketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals
- Define target audiences, messaging and KPIs for each campaign
- Oversee daily operations of campaigns
- Ensure compliance with data protection and telemarketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, TPS)
- Use CRM and dialer systems to manage call flows and engagement tracking
- Analyse campaign metrics (conversion rates, response volumes, ROI)
- Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Continuously test and refine messaging, scripts, timing, and targeting to improve outcomes
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align messaging and goals
About You:
- Proven experience in digital, telemarketing, or call centre campaign management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and telephony tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in analysing data and presenting results to stakeholders of varying levels
- Knowledge of relevant compliance and data privacy laws
