This role will lead product strategy and execution for high-impact products or platforms, partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders. The Senior Manager, Product Management will translate customer and business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation, regulatory considerations, and time-to-market. This role is responsible for driving measurable outcomes through data-informed decision-making, defining success metrics, and ensuring strong operational rigor across planning, reviews, and delivery. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product or enabling platform.
- Plans and implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.
- Assesses the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
- Sets up data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.
- Leads workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Oversees product profitability measures, including budget.
- Plans operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews.
- Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.
- Maximises efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard.
Expected Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading others.

- Lead and mentor product managers, fostering strong product thinking, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Partner with technology, design, data science, and UX research to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
- Drive prioritisation and trade-off decisions across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Own product health and outcomes, including adoption, performance, and profitability metrics.
- Represent product strategy and progress in operating, product, and business reviews with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including people leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience driving complex products or platforms in regulated or highly scaled environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
