Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Head, Global Compliance, Anti‑Bribery and Corruption, Ethics, and Rep Risk, this role will further develop and enhance compliance capabilities around anti‑bribery and corruption risk areas, ethics (including conduct, whistleblowing, and conflicts of interest), and reputational risk.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource for entry‑level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions.
Expected Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications:
- Work closely with first‑line stakeholders to develop compliance requirements that achieve business goals while balancing anti‑bribery and corruption, ethics, and (to a lesser extent) reputational risk concerns.
- Support the Anti‑Bribery and Corruption compliance program and the Ombuds & Ethics compliance program, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA).
- Help support the management of content compliance programs, ensuring adherence to key regulations including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), and other relevant content and platform regulations.
- Develop and deliver ethics and anti‑bribery and corruption training programs for employees at all levels and provide advisory support to business units on related matters.
- Monitor and review third‑party relationships and due diligence processes, and assess the effectiveness of controls under the Ombuds & Ethics program.
What Do You Need To Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience dealing with higher‑risk areas for bribery and corruption and a basic understanding of ABC laws and regulations, including the FCPA and UKBA.
- Proven track record in driving positive outcomes between compliance and business leaders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencing, managing conflict, and negotiating.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse culture.
- Knowledge of regulations related to user‑generated content and content moderation, such as the EU DSA or the UK OSA, is an advantage.
Additional Considerations:
- Advantage if you have experience working with compliance policies and governance.
- Advantage if you have experience with ethics concerns, including whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, or conduct issues.
- Advantage if you have knowledge of regulations dealing with user‑generated content and content moderation.
