As an Integration Engineer, you will provide dedicated support to merchants implementing our platform into their e-commerce systems, ensuring rapid and best-practice integrations. You will support business targets by delivering robust integrations.
Your day-to-day:
- Partner with sales and account managers to deliver solutions
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Support merchants in setting up and testing integrations
- Guide on API and SDK usage
- Troubleshoot and report bugs
- Ensure successful production launches
- Act as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate across geographies to improve systems and processes
