The Senior Manager, Network Advisory is responsible for network advisory, with a primary focus on network bulletins, network compliance, and policy interpretation. This role ensures the organization remains compliant with card network rules and proactively manages network-driven changes that impact products, operations, and partners.
Network Advisory Responsibilities
- Lead strategic oversight for network bulletins, rule changes, and compliance initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end process for reviewing, interpreting, and communicating card network bulletins and mandates across Europe.
- Establish and maintain a consistent framework for network compliance, including governance, controls, and risk assessment.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess network requirements and drive timely implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for network compliance matters, escalations, and interpretations.
- Oversee impact assessments for new and changing network rules, ensuring clear guidance, documentation, and accountability.
- Drive alignment between network requirements and internal policies, standards, and operating procedures.
