- This position will play a key role in bridging effective management of the resiliency and business continuity framework and incident regulatory reporting requirements which enable PayPal to meet its obligations across regulated entities.
- Provide assurance to key business functions, third parties, and change projects on the strength and effectiveness of their resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for operational resilience.
- Support the maturing and implementation of the Operational Resiliency, Business Continuity and Incident Management Framework and champion its adoption through effective communication with all levels within the organization.
- Review critical teams, systems and third parties resilience plans (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) and test results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to monitor intra‑group and third‑party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non‑performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide oversight and development of controls, policies and standard operating procedures, including understanding obligations and developing operational procedures for each jurisdiction that is within the scope of regulatory incident reporting.
- Monitor incident queues and triage related data to identify and assess potentially reportable incidents.
- Document incidents analysis, key risk indicators, and metrics to calculate risk on both incidents and outsourcing service delivery.
- Keep abreast of all regulatory changes impacting framework/obligations (new and evolving regulations) and internal policy changes.
- Support key stakeholders in PayPal entities receiving services and assist with the collation and reporting of any data, queries, or remediation efforts relating to the services provided.
- Undertake ad‑hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes.

Basic Qualifications
