What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Lead and Scale a Global Research Team: Manage and mentor a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers across multiple regions.
- Develop Research Methodologies: Define frameworks for customer research, ensuring a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral insights.
- Implement Research Tools & Processes: Select and integrate best-in-class research tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
