Who We’re Looking For

As an Ongoing Due Diligence Officer you’ll play a key role in keeping our merchant portfolio safe and compliant through continuous monitoring, reviews, and updates.

You’ll work closely with onboarding and AML teams, using smart tools and sharp attention to detail to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure every merchant stays in line with regulatory standards..

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and maintenance of merchant files.
  • Perform ongoing merchant website review.
  • Revisit and process information related to merchant changes (products, services, business models, etc.).
  • Work with 3rd party monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure that required documents and information are provided in a timely manner.
  • Cooperation with Merchant Onboarding team to obtain necessary merchant related information.
  • Identification of process weaknesses/ improvement areas and change implementation.
  • Cooperation with AML team.
  • Onboarding of merchants (when required).
  • Review merchant alerts and update merchant files accordingly.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in due diligence reviews.
  • Educated to a degree level.
  • Knowledge of Card Schemes’ requirements.
  • Detail oriented, problem solver, team player.
