The role We are looking for a Senior People Partner, reporting to the Head of People Partnering, to act as a trusted advisor and coach for our Group Functions teams (Finance, People, Risk and Legal & Compliance).

You will partner with leaders across these functions to build their capability and help them lead their teams through growth and change.

You'll partner with business leaders and our centres of expertise to deliver People initiatives that support our scaling journey while fostering our unique culture.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing expert HR guidance to navigate growth, change, and complex employee relations cases with practical and fair solutions.

Drive organisational effectiveness by using people data to support workforce planning, diagnose problems, and advise on team structures and headcount.

Partner with our centres of expertise (Talent, Reward, People Ops, People Experience) to deliver key initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance, compensation, and leadership development.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by helping to build a sense of belonging and ensuring DEI is deeply embedded in all people processes within your business areas.

Support people leaders and our Advisory team with more complex employee relations cases providing practical and flexible solutions whilst always ensuring a fair and consistent approach Support and collaborate on key People team projects, contributing to wider cross-functional work streams and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

Experience in a strategic HR role, with a track record of partnering directly with senior-level management, ideally across non-tech teams .

A forward-thinking coach and relationship builder, confident in challenging the status quo and building strong, authentic partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to design and deliver data-driven people plans that align with business goals.

Strong HR expertise, ideally with relevant qualifications (such as a CIPD or degree) and experience in a fast-growing, international business.
