We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role: As Global Enablement Content & Learning Lead, you'll architect the content and learning engine behind Dojo's commercial growth. You'll build the methodology, onboarding, and playbooks that empower sellers and ensure new ways of selling land across our network. In this role, you'll embed a consistent sales methodology, a best-in-class induction experience, and high-impact GTM launches across all channels, roles, and markets. You'll partner with enablement managers to turn strategy into capability and capability into behaviour that sticks. You'll also own Thrive, making our central platform the trusted source of truth for sellers. This isn't just about content; it's how we build a world-class selling organization at scale.
What you will do:
- Build GTM playbooks and standards: Create templates and messaging for new initiatives, collaborating with teams to land GTMs consistently.
- Own our learning platform: Make Thrive the place sellers reach for first—a trusted source of truth with instant findability and zero clutter.
- Embed the Dojo Way of selling: Standardize our sales approach so every seller across all channels, roles, and markets sells to one high standard.
- Set the onboarding standard: Define what great onboarding looks like across the journey and scale a best-practice experience globally.
- Innovate how we enable: Bring modern approaches—from AI roleplay to change management—so what we roll out actually changes behaviour.
- Measure and improve: Track behaviour change, ramp times, and win rates to continuously sharpen our content and onboarding.
What you will bring:
- Proven background in enablement: Experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, GTM, or PMM roles within high-growth B2B businesses, designing onboarding across multiple channels and markets.
- Exceptional content creation: Strong copywriting skills with a hands-on ability to turn complex products into compelling stories, frameworks, and playbooks.
- Tech-savvy and innovative: Passionate about modern enablement—like AI roleplay and change management—with preferred experience in platforms like Seismic, Thrive, or Gong.
- Data-driven collaborator: Comfortable using data to prioritize initiatives and strong at influencing and collaborating with global teams.
- Commercial mindset: Frontline sales or commercial experience is a major plus, helping you build content that aligns with how sellers actually work.
Dojo home and away: We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas. That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week. With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed? If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values. If the following speak to you, let’s talk:
- You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
- You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
- You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
