The role... As our Sales Enablement Lead, Direct Sales & Partnerships, you will be the architect of the performance engine driving Dojo's revenue growth. This is a strategic role where you'll build the essential frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities needed to win larger deals, expand our direct sales team, and activate high-performing partners. You will embed commercial discipline across our teams, ensuring our sellers and partners operate with a clear methodology and consistent standards to turn activity into predictable revenue.
What you will do...
- Build and execute a comprehensive enablement roadmap for our direct sales teams (from SDR to Enterprise) and managers, personally leading training on outbound excellence.
- Design and implement structured onboarding, accreditation, and co-sell programs to activate and empower our partners.
- Develop and scale our "Sellers' Toolkit," creating high-impact content including pitch decks, battlecards, and call scripts in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Embed structured deal methodologies and qualification standards across all channels to ensure high-quality pipeline and improve forecast accuracy.
- Partner with RevOps to drive CRM and tool adoption, using data to track and optimise sales performance and productivity.
- Create specialised enablement for sales leadership, equipping them with the frameworks needed for elite pipeline inspection and effective performance coaching.
What you will bring...
- A strong background in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B environment.
- Experience supporting both Direct (SDR/AE) and Partner/Channel sales models.
- A proven ability to embed sales methodologies, optimise outbound pipeline generation, and instil a discipline of inspection.
- Demonstrated success in building impactful enablement programs for both sales representatives and managers.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, with the ability to build content, run training sessions, and iterate based on data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, with experience using tools like Salesforce and Gong.
