The role As a People Partner, you’ll be a deeply embedded business ally, driving a high-performance culture across our non-tech teams.
Your mission is to maintain a constant pulse on employee sentiment and deliver high-quality People initiatives that help shape our future.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and an optimal employee experience.
Assess talent development needs, identify skills gaps, and advise leaders on impactful learning initiatives.
Lead and contribute to People team projects, driving the execution of strategic initiatives that impact the broader business.
Experience working as a People Partner, ideally with commercial or non-tech teams.
A solid foundation in practical employment law, with the ability to effectively manage complex employee relations cases.
A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to pivot priorities and seamlessly transition between different business units.
