They will produce high-quality software that solves real-world problems in secure, innovative and supportable ways. The role is focused around leading teams of early career individuals, so mentorship, support and guidance will be key attributes in ensuring the success of both the role and the team, with a view to build them into the leaders of tomorrow.They shouldn’t be afraid to celebrate their successes, admit their mistakes and turn to others for help, maintaining a sense of honesty and humility. Own the software delivery lifecycle, championing engineering best practices, thorough code reviews, and automated CI/CD pipelines.Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to explore emerging tools and agentic frameworks, using data to inform future architectural decisions.Strategically align technical efforts with the product roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize system performance.Strong technical background in senior software engineering across client-side and server-side technologies, with openness across languages (such as Python, .NET, or Java).Experience with frontend technologies (such as React and TypeScript) and modern agile practices, including code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.That's why we have an office-first culture.
