What you will do:
- Develop and execute data-driven, outcome-oriented go-to-market strategies, defining everything from audience and messaging to sales enablement.
- Use industry research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify and validate market requirements, partnering closely with our Insights team.
- Create and drive GTM roadmaps and flawless launch executions in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations.
- Differentiating Dojo from the competition with effective messaging and positioning, translating these into compelling assets and sales materials.
- Implement a measurement framework with our data teams to track and drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers who partner closely with Product leaders on strategy and execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the in-life customer experience through effective product education and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience leading product marketing in a fast-growing fintech or B2B tech/SaaS business, preferably within the payments industry.
- A track record of simplifying complex product suites into clear value propositions and differentiated marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale product launches across multiple markets, driving strong product adoption and revenue.
- A superb understanding of marketing communications, campaign creation, insight analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
- Experience creating and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- The ability to build, lead, and nurture a high-performing, engaged team.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, with confidence in public speaking and presenting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in marketing and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Figma, Jira, and Google Suite.
