As a Senior Economist, you'll identify the true causal impact of our actions, from pricing shifts to product launches. You're the person we turn to when causal questions get tough and clean data is scarce. Partner with business leaders to shape domain strategy with data, directly influencing revenue, cost, and churn levers. Write highly efficient, optimized SQL and Python to build robust metric trees. Guide safe AI adoption: Establish verification frameworks for AI-assisted analysis to catch theoretical reasoning errors. A background in economics, econometrics or a quantitatively rigorous field is typical, though we assess capability over credentials. Fluent statistical programming (Python and/or SQL and sound, correct code for sourcing and shaping data. Intellectual honesty: you quantify uncertainty, state your assumptions, and won't sign off a claim that doesn't hold. That's why we have an office-first culture.
