Are you looking to accelerate your career in FinTech sales? Our client is a fast-growing payments technology company. They are scaling rapidly and are currently building a brand-new inside sales team, so are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to make an impact, grow their career, and be part of an exciting journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively prospect and engage decision-makers (via phone, email, and via our marketing campaigns) within target businesses.
- Qualify leads through conversations, online demos, and research to create genuine sales opportunities.
- Book and schedule high-quality meetings for the Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth handover.
- Track and manage all outreach activity, helping optimise lead generation processes and sales workflows.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs, spotting new opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with marketing & other stakeholders to influence qualified lead generation.
- Consistently hit (and ideally exceed!) your qualified opportunity targets, helping to fuel company growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales development, inside sales or lead generation (ideally within eCommerce, SaaS, payments, subscriptions, or technology).
- Mindset: Results-driven with a natural “hunter” mentality—resilient, motivated, and proactive.
- Communication: Confident on the phone and over email, with excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition: A self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment and is eager to develop their career in a scale-up.
