We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech specialising in fraud technology and payments orchestration. They’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their payments & fraud platform, driving new feature development, optimising existing capabilities, and shaping the future of their product suite.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines features, milestones, and timelines.
- Leverage customer and data to make informed product decisions, optimise performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify product gaps, and prioritise high-impact enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional project execution to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement of the payments and fraud ecosystem.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within payments, fintech, fraud technology, or payments orchestration.
- Strong understanding of payments orchestration workflows and architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with relevant CRM systems such as CheckoutChamp, Sticky.io, Konnektive, or similar.
- Solid project management skills with extensive exposure to Jira.
- A structured, data-driven approach with the ability to translate technical detail into clear product requirements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within fintech, having experience of payments, fraud, CRM, e‑comm and/or subscription models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data and metrics to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of payment solutions, fraud detection tooling, chargebacks, and data management.
