This is an exciting opportunity to support our company expansion as a Product Manager / Project Manager as we continue to scale. We offer efficient and secure international payments, management of multi-currency money transfers and enable supplier payments globally and are a fully regulated EMI in the UK.
Reporting to the COO, as part of the Commercial team, you will play your part in helping to build and establish the growing Product team within the company. As a team we are building trust, willing to share and learn from our experiences, and finding opportunities to streamline and maximise value from everything we do. We love feedback and finding ways to improve.

Your Responsibilities- Own the payments product set and manage the roadmap for the product across functional, non-functional, integration, compliance and BAU workstreams.
- Ensure that the business value for every change is clear downstream.

- Analyse the market and be responsible for the features of the Product.
- Apply a service‑led approach to identify opportunities for re‑use.
- Support the drive towards standardisation.
- Become an SME for the product.
- Payments and/or risk analytics experience – specifically focused on having a good understanding of the entire payments flow & process (so your knowledge of payments, settlements, pay‑outs, processing, transaction flows & reporting will be key to your success).
- Attention to detail in both analysing and producing data/reports.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- IBAN, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, Target2, FX, International Payments – knowledge in these areas is essential.
- Experience of managing a project in the payments space, with proven ability to achieve milestones & work well in a team.
- Capable of explaining technical problems and solutions to a non‑technical audience.
- Capable of explaining business problems to a technical audience.
- Ability to modify communication content and style depending on the conversation.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to anticipate issues and respond to unforeseen changes.
