We are currently hiring for a fantastic opportunity within a well established scale-up payments business, for an Operations superstar to take ownership of various operational tasks across the business.

This role requires a creative & switched on individual who is excited by challenges and eager to contribute to a busy & fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be coordinating procurement, distribution, and collection of payment terminals and related assets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of terminals and other equipment.
  • Respond to and manage requests and inquiries related to payment terminals and services, thinking creatively to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in processing and tracking financial transactions, including leases, funding, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update financial records and reports within the company’s systems, ensuring accuracy.
  • Support the finance team with reconciliations and fund management, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage approval processes for refunds and other financial requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally you would have prior experience in the payments industry, working within an ISO, acquirer or merchant services business, so you already have a good understanding of terminals & payments operations generally, especially around managing stock, onboarding & financial operations.
