Marketing Manager – High-Growth SaaS / Payments (Fully Remote UK)
Are you ready to lead marketing for a high-growth scale up SaaS business where your work directly fuels growth?
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the entire marketing function from day one. This is a hands-on, high-impact role — you’ll be the architect of our go-to-market strategy, the driver of lead generation, and the builder of our brand presence!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, from paid acquisition to events, content, and brand positioning – take a view on what we\\\’ve been up to so far, then make your own plan – then execute it!
- Increase inbound opportunities and boost pipeline revenue, improve exposure to our ideal client profiles.
- Own event and conference marketing, ensuring maximum ROI from industry exposure.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team, reporting to the Founders but make no mistake – you will own the marketing piece in the business!
- Stay ahead of the curve by applying the latest in AI-powered marketing tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B SaaS growth marketing experience (bonus if in payments, fintech, or high-risk merchant services) – come and tell us what you\\\’ve done & the impact you\\\’ve made!
- A track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong experience in conference/event marketing – where do we need to be seen?
- Skilled in Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Comfortable & flexible working across different time zones.

- Background in payment processing, fintech, or e-commerce / SaaS.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and inbound funnels.
