Are you a Product, Delivery or Integration professional with a background involving working with partners such as shopping carts or plug-ins? Our client is a really exciting scale up player within the payments space. They are keen to add some strength to their Product team and want to hire a fantastic Manager to join the business - we need to find a retail/shopping cart SME to take ownership of the shopping cart integration product roadmap. This is an end to end role, from vendor selection to working with developers on integrations. It’s a hands on, technical and varied role which would be an ideal opportunity for a Product, Delivery or Integration professional.
About the role:
- You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the strategic, product and positioning topics in the relationships with Shopping cart and plugin providers, such as Magento, Salesforce, Prestashop, SAP, Shopify, as well as integrators with whom we develop business for our ecommerce merchants and/or in-source services from.
- Negotiate Product, Commercial, and Strategic terms and conditions with your partners to optimise our performance.
- Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications.
- Partner with a dedicated engineering team to define technological design and scope including architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations.
- Ensure that the product roadmap is well communicated across the organisation.
- Develop positioning and messaging for multiple product areas that effectively communicates our value proposition to our partners and customers.
About you:
- Deep knowledge of Shopping carts and 3rd Party Plug-ins.
- Full lifecycle product development and management background & track record to tell us about.
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced technology driven company (preferably SaaS).
- Strategic experience with API clients and integrators.
- 3+ years’ experience working directly with software engineering teams to build product.
