About the role:
- Pro-active account management of a large portfolio of clients including SME & mid-corporate customers, and financial services partners.
- Build a strategic account plan for our top value customer accounts, and build excellent relationships with key stakeholders across client businesses, dividing your time in the best way between accounts.
- Take responsibility for ensuring revenue targets are achieved and client satisfaction is maintained (growth through identifying opportunities to cross/up sell to existing accounts).
- Work closely with the internal teams to drive performance, and externally within the clients to ensure any issues are managed and dealt with.
- Delivering growth & renewals as per target.
- Act as an escalation point for any problems or issues, representing the company as a product evangelist.
About you:
- You will be skilled at building & maintaining excellent client relationships within client accounts.
- You will have a track record of managing a varied portfolio & have experience of cross selling / up selling & growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Having a pro-active and highly driven approach to the role, it’s important to be flexible and motivated.
- Able to work both as part of a wider team as well as independently, able to cross-check and maintain an excellent level of reporting & data about your portfolio.
