Our client is a leading payments, acquiring, fraud and risk company. Throughout a sustained period of growth, they have developed new business cross verticals and now work with many of the biggest brands in Europe. Due to this continued growth, we are keen to hire a new Account Manager to manage some of the most important strategic accounts within the business.
About the role:
- build a strategic account plan for our top value payments customer accounts, and build excellent relationships with key stakeholders across client businesses
- take responsibility for ensuring revenue targets are achieved and client satisfaction is maintained
- work closely with the internal teams to drive performance, and externally within the clients to ensure any issues are managed and dealt with
- managing a small, enterprise level portfolio of accounts
- delivering growth & renewals as per target
- act as an escalation point for any problems or issues, representing the company as a product evangelist
About you:
- you will be skilled at building & maintaining excellent client relationships within blue chip companies
- you will have a track record of managing large/strategic/enterprise scale accounts, preferably within the payments/gateway/acquiring sector
- having a pro-active and highly driven approach to the role, it\’s important to be flexible and motivated
- able to work both as part of a wider team as well as independently, able to cross-check and maintain an excellent level of reporting & data about your portfolio
