Overview
Field Account Manager – SME / Payments / Merchant Services / Acquiring
£30-35k basic + £5k car allowance + uncapped commission paid monthly, OTE £4-6k/monthly. Fully remotely based.
Our client is a very successful payments organisation, who are scaling up rapidly and gaining traction across the SME market. We are keen to hire a team of Field Account Managers to join our business, to renew existing customers, as well as up selling and cross selling relevant additional products. Our business offers a full range of cutting edge payment solutions, so you will have everything you need to convert and retain our customers!
About you
- You are likely to have a good level of experience in B2B sales, preferably payments / merchant services solutions.
- With fantastic organisational skills, a sales-focused attitude and a high level of drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to present our brand positively & ensure our customers see us as partners who help their business thrive.
About the role
- You will engage with a portfolio of existing customers, managing them as they approach the end of their contracts and ensuring they are retained as customers.
- You will achieve targets in relation to customer satisfaction, retention, up selling and cross selling.
- Working remotely, you can manage your own time / diary and pipeline, with the knowledge you have a world class brand / product set to back you up!
