Overview Corporate Account ManagerLocation: LondonType: PermanentSalary: £50,000 – £65,000 Per Annum (+ bonus & benefits)We\’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our expanding Corporate Sales team based in London. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Account Management, you will join a team of 4 and be part of a growth business working with colleagues who care about our customers.In office/remote/hybrid: Remote/Home working but travel will be required to offices based in London at least once or twice a weekSalary/Realistic OTE: £50-65k basic + OTE: 100%What you\’ll be doing Management of allocated back book opportunities for converting to our own acquiring platform, amongst other potential product offeringsManaging referral leads, including E-com opportunitiesManaging sales queries on behalf of the Account Management departmentFocus on ensuring accounts go live in a timely manner and learn to understand trends for periodic review meetingsBuild out and own analysis of data to share at quarterly meetings to help growth and to pinpoint any issues in advance i.e. declined transaction monitoring and codesEnsuring renewals are actioned 6 months in advance of expiry to avoid loss or out of contract accountsOwning, managing, and tracking operational support issues on behalf of the team to ensure we fulfil our SLA\’s and be the point of contact on updates for the merchantSet up regular touch points with customers and ensure that Silver & Gold merchants have regular reviewsPoint of contact for allocated accounts including direct merchants and partners to ensure customer satisfactionHelp develop consistency and process with other internal departments to ensure a seamless interaction for our client base and our account management departmentWhat you\’ll need to succeed Payments and Acquiring experience essentialFinTech experience preferredAccount management / account development / portfolio management skills gained in a similar environment
