Are you passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships in the fintech space?

This is an opportunity to create and take full ownership of a new partnership function within a fast‑moving business that protects online businesses from fraud and revenue loss.

About the Company

A high growth fintech scale up providing tools that help e Commerce and digital businesses reduce chargebacks, prevent fraud, and protect their revenue.

Born from the need to handle payment disputes more efficiently, the company delivers proactive chargeback prevention, monitoring, and resolution solutions to clients ranging from small merchants to large digital platforms.

The Role

As Partnerships Lead, you’ll join us to establish and create, develop and own the full lifecycle of the company’s partner ecosystem — from identifying and securing new relationships to nurturing and scaling them into long‑term commercial growth drivers.

This position offers significant autonomy, creative freedom, and a clear path to leadership within the fintech partnership space.

You will create and lead a compelling and successful partnership / channel opportunity and successfully sell it to relevant target accounts.

You’ll have hands‑on experience creating a partnerships or channel strategy from scratch, shaping the approach, building relationships, and delivering measurable results.

We want someone who can show us how they’ve done it before and do it again here.

  • Build and own the partnership / channel sales division within the company.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners - service agencies, platforms, ISO's, gateways, payfacs, CRM's, Saa S and integrators - that can drive mutual business growth.
  • Create and own partnership legal & commercial agreements with new partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strong, commercially valuable relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring they’re supported and set up for success, building and delivering a contact and maintenance strategy for existing partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop co‑branded campaigns, promotional materials, and tracking tools, build marketing collateral, create a compelling partnership offering.
  • Analyse partner performance data to refine strategies and improve scalability.
  • Build a network that positions the business as a trusted partner in fraud prevention and payment protection.

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or account management — ideally in fintech, payments, chargebacks, fraud prevention, or related B2B Saa S.
  • Proven ability to turn collaborations into measurable growth outcomes.
  • We’re looking for someone with proven experience in building a partnerships or channel function from the ground up — someone who can clearly demonstrate how they’ve done it before and replicate that success with us.
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools to manage pipelines and communication - experience with tools like Clay. com, Apollo. io, Hubspot, or partner tracking platforms would be great.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • A self‑starter mindset — organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with full ownership of results.

Why Join

  • Play a key role in scaling a mission‑driven fintech that’s helping businesses protect revenue and reduce fraud.
  • Build and lead the partnerships function with real ownership and visibility, in a high‑pace scale up.
  • Join a culture focused on autonomy, accountability, and tangible impact — not micromanagement.
  • Work remotely with a collaborative global team making online payments safer for everyone.
