I’m working with a high-growth payments fintech scaling through a major transformation, and we’re looking for an exceptional Interim Programme Director to lead a complex, multi-stream change programme that sits at the heart of the product and commercial strategy.
What you’ll be driving
- ✨ Vision & Strategy: Own the programme direction and ensure alignment with the wider business and product roadmap.
- ✨ Product-Led Transformation: Work closely with Product leadership to integrate new features, capabilities, and innovation into delivery plans.
- ✨ Governance & Influence: Build strong governance structures and act as the key bridge between exec leadership, product, tech, and external partners.
- ✨ Execution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
- ✨ Financial & Resource Ownership: Oversee multi-million-pound budgets and optimise resource allocation across global teams.
- ✨ Risk, Compliance & Change: Navigate regulatory complexity, mitigate risks, and drive change at scale.
What we’re looking for
- ✔️ Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior transformation project leader in Payments, Fin Tech or Financial Services
- ✔️ Strong product background (digital banking, payments, Saa S, etc.)
- ✔️ Deep expertise in enterprise programme governance and C-suite stakeholder management
- ✔️ A track record of delivering complex programmes in regulated environments
- ✔️ Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills
