The Opportunity:
The primary objective is to own direct customer relationships, drive new sales opportunities, increase customer satisfaction, and deliver financial targets. The Account Manager will also understand how the rail sector is integral to multi-modal transport solutions and develop client value accordingly. Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and reputation.
- Identify new business opportunities and build business cases for execution, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Drive further revenue growth through account development, managing opportunities in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
- Fully understand and manage the contract with the client, ensuring all operational and contractual requirements are met.
- Ensure timely invoicing and cash collection, including contract indexation where applicable.
- Manage the account P&L with focus on margin and revenue recognition against budget.
- Maintain and present Account Plans, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Improve and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to present and maintain client-facing product strategy roadmaps.

The Account Manager will represent all services provided into the accounts, managing both operational and financial performance, while proactively developing relationships across client stakeholders.
