We\’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our global hiring efforts across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and attracting top-tier talent within a fast-paced, high-growth Fintech environment. Recruitment Strategy and Delivery

  • Lead global hiring across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across various platforms, including advanced techniques like Boolean and open web sourcing.

Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Ensure timely and constructive candidate feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the recruitment funnel.

Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory

  • Define job briefs and key hiring criteria in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Offer insights on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform talent strategies.
  • Design and implement structured interview frameworks and scorecards.

Process and Tools

  • Collaborate with People, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and compliant hiring practices.
  • Fully leverage the ATS to optimise hiring workflows and improve speed and quality.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine sourcing effectiveness and recruitment operations.

Requirements
What it takes to succeed:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Background in Fintech and/or SaaS, with global hiring exposure (EMEA, APAC, LAC).
  • Proven success in filling senior Sales and Account Management roles.
  • Skilled at building trusted partnerships and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Proficient in advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and open web techniques.
  • Experience with competency-based interviewing and structured selection methods.
  • Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in high-growth, dynamic settings.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Familiarity with modern TA tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment process design.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Demonstrated success in improving recruiting outcomes using data insights and process optimization.
