    • Turning feedback and data into clear, practical recommendations and organisational action
    • Leading the design, implementation and evolution of our performance and progression frameworks
    • Improving fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions
    • Identifying retention risks and working with People Partners and leaders to address them
    • Driving measurable improvements in employee experience and performance practices
    • Leveraging automation, AI‑enabled tools, and scalable solutions to improve people processes and organisational insight

What Success Looks Like:

  • Behaviours and ways of working are reflected in how the company operates
  • Retention risks are identified early and addressed effectively
  • Manual effort and inefficiencies in people processes are reduced
  • AI‑enabled and scalable practices improve the employee and manager experience

What we are looking for:

  • 8–12+ years’ experience in People / HR roles
  • Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness
  • Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI‑enabled solutions
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • A practical, systems‑oriented mindset with a focus on scalable outcomes
  • Experience in a global or distributed organisation
