  • 5+ years in sales or business development within EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or adjacent fintech, you understand how these businesses work, not just what they buy.
  • A genuine hunter: you're comfortable building a pipeline from scratch and you have a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Senior network in the UK market and the credibility to open doors at decision-maker level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you're self-directed, target-driven and energised by building something rather than managing something already built.
  • Based in the UK, happy to travel.
