My client is growing its UK business, and this hire is central to that. You will own UK revenue, identifying the right clients, winning them, and growing them. This isn’t a relationship management role dressed up as sales; it’s a genuine new business mandate, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.
What You’ll Own
- UK Revenue Growth
- Own a UK new business target and be accountable for hitting it
- Build and convert a pipeline of clients in EMI, payments, FX, gaming, crypto and adjacent fintech sectors
- Win business against legacy providers by positioning the platform as the faster, more flexible alternative
- Structure commercial terms that work for clients and make sense for our company, balancing speed-to-close with sound risk and pricing discipline
- Establish our brand as a name in the UK market, through your network, at industry events, and through the deals you close
- Feed real-time market intelligence back into product, pricing and risk decisions so we stay sharp and relevant
- Be the face of the business in the UK, credible at senior level, visible in the right rooms
- Own accounts from close through onboarding and into ongoing expansion
- Work closely with operations, onboarding and support to ensure delivery matches the promise you made in the sale
- Drive renewals and upsells as the relationship matures
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sales or business development within EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or adjacent fintech, you understand how these businesses work, not just what they buy
- A genuine hunter: you’re comfortable building a pipeline from scratch and you have a track record of closing complex deals
- Senior network in the UK market and the credibility to open doors at decision-maker level
- Commercially sharp, you can price, structure and negotiate deals and you know when to push and when to hold
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re self-directed, target-driven and energised by building something rather than managing something already built
- Based in the UK, happy to travel
What You’ll Get
- Competitive base + uncapped commission, structured to reward genuine performance
- Significant autonomy and direct influence on how our company’s UK strategy evolves
- Input into product direction, pricing and market positioning, this isn’t a siloed sales seat
- A business that’s growing and moving quickly, with a clear path upward as the UK operation scales
- Hybrid working, Pension Plan, Comprehensive health and wellness benefits and genuine investment in your development
